I enjoy capturing the beauty of nature in my paintings.
When I was a little girl we used to spend our summer holidays at my grandparent’s house. They had a big garden which I loved.
There I contemplated the different roses and other flowers showing their pretty colours, breathed in their fine fragrance, heard the humming of the bees and felt that it was perfect.
This experience has been present in my life ever since. Now I have my own garden with a lot of flowers I can marvel at. This admiration for nature is what I want to express in my paintings.
Since 1989 I have lived in Spain, fascinated by the light, the people and the variety of flora. I hope to pass it on through my oil paintings.
